London

Dinner and live music, in one small room.

We cook one short menu — four courses, built around a shortrib braised for eight hours. Twelve tables a night, with a band playing from six until eleven.

“The most quietly confident room to open in London this year — and the hardest hundred sandwiches in town to get hold of.”

The House

A BÔNE HOXTON HOUSE
OXBLOOD VELVET · BULB LIGHT · CHECKER FLOOR

A room built like a small theatre — velvet, bulb light, a checker floor, and a curtain that closes behind you.

Everything here is staged for the long evening: dressing-room bulbs down the walls, a copper bar lit from a single glowing lightbox, records stacked to the ceiling and a band close enough to hear the room breathe. The lights come down at six, and nobody hurries you out before eleven.
